Proper documentation is essential for the enforcement of the lease
contract. Exceptions to the guidelines should be few and only in such
cases where it is determined that the risk is nominal.
General Guidelines

Credit approvals are valid for 60 days. If documentation for
funding is received after 60 days from the date approval, credit must be
re-approved

All documents must have original signatures. There cannot be
any "whites-outs or cross-outs" on the lease document.

An administrative/documentation fee will be collected for the broker/lessor.
The Lease/Equipment Finance Contract (EFC) Package
All transactions require the following original documents:
- Lease/EFC Agreement
- Deliver and Acceptance Receipt
- Advance Rental Check (Copy acceptable)
- Vendor Invoice
