Vendor Invoice

The following characteristics are preferable for the vendor invoice:

1. Printed on invoice stock

2. All items itemized and separately priced.

3. All items thoroughly described, including serial numbers.

4. All addresses correct and as they appear on the lease document

5. "Sold to" name and address of lessor.

6. "Ship to" name and physical address (not PO Box) of lessee.
