Medical Leases
Special consideration is given to licensed medical professionals including
all MD's (General Practitioners and Specialists), Veterinarians,
Optometrists, Dentists, Osteopaths, Opticians, Paramedics, Physical
Therapists, Podiatrists, and Psychologists. This consideration
extends to ambulance companies and related industries.
Normal credit guidelines apply with the following exceptions:
- All deals require personal guarantees
- Special rates may apply
- No trade references expected
- More flexibility may be granted regarding soft-costs
- Full financial disclosure requirements may be waived up to
$50,000., equipment cost for licensed physicians with 2 years in
practice.
