The following list of equipment is acceptable for the program.  However, underwriters should attempt to reduce risk by applying higher credit standards and/or requiring enhancements (i.e. security deposits, down payments, vendor-shared risk, etc.) to the transaction
  1. Any automotive after market equipment
  2. Pipe Benders
  3. Equipment that does not make sense for the type of business
  4. Any transaction where there is a large amount of soft-cost
  5. Small-item Restaurant and/or Convenience Store equipment (i.e. Utensils, cookware)
  6. Any new piece of equipment with no track record
  7. Highly specialized or customized equipment
  8. Mobile Homes, Earthquake Resistant Modular Buildings (CA)
  9. Titled vehicles or rolling stock, including trailers
  10. Fixtures (FF&E) including leasehold improvements
  11. Rental or demo equipment
  12. Alarms/surveillance equipment
  13. Credit Card Machines
  14. Neon Signs
  15. Any used equipment
  16. Hair Salon Equipment (Small portable items, larger items acceptable)
  17. Agricultural Portable Buildings
  18. Boats 
  19. Vending Machines
  20. Video and arcade games
  21. Carpet Cleaning Equipment
  22. Equipment affixed to vehicles
